Know which lab tests you need? Instead of choosing one of our lab test panels, you can now tell us exactly which lab tests you need. There are hundreds of lab tests that are not posted on the website so we will most likely have the tests you are looking for.
 

How it Works

1. If you have a list of lab tests you need, simply fill out the form below. If not, browse our full list of lab tests then copy and paste them into the form below.
2. Within 1 business day you will receive an email confirming your requested tests and the cost. 
3. We will follow-up the email with a PayPal invoice for you custom lab test panel. 
4. Once completed, you will received all the necessary forms and/or test kits.
5. After you tests are processed, we will send you your results.
