• On each test page next to "Specimen Type", you will find the processor for that particular test. It will be either Labcorp^®, Genova^®, NeuroScience, Cyrex, Alcat, Metametrix, or Diagnostechs. See example
• Follow the instructions below for your specific processor(s).
• If your test requires only a saliva sample (also indicated next to "Specimen Type"), you may complete the test at home.

IMPORTANT

• Labcorp tests cannot be conducted in CA, NY, NJ, MA, MD, RI, or outside the US. If you live in one of these states, you can visit a Labcorp draw location in another state.
• Specimen collection can only be conducted at an offical Labcorp draw center.
