How Ordering Labs Online Works

Step 1: LOCATE + SELECT 

After adding test(s) to your cart, find a draw location for your particular test (see example).

Details on what will be sent to you after purchase.

You can also build your own lab test panel.

If you are one of our UK customers, only the tests in the UK category are available. You can change the currency converter to see the cost in Pounds.

Collecting your sample in NY, NJ, MA, or RI?

Step 2: CHECKOUT

Within 24 hours after you checkout through our secure payment system, you will receive your requisition form via email.

If you ordered a test kit will, they be mailed and will contain your requisition form. Bring all your material with you to your local draw center.

Ordering for someone else or more than 1 person?

Step 3: VIEW

Your results will be emailed to you.

Turnaround times are usually 3-4 business days, however, more complex tests can take up to 14 business days.
