What do the Measles Mumps and Rubella Test Results Mean?
As seen in the sample MMR test results, “low” antibody levels mean that the body’s immune system has not reacted to MMR either because they were not exposed to the virus(s) or there was no vaccination.
A “positive” result means that the body’s immune system has reacted to MMR either due to exposure to the actual virus(s) or through immunization. A positive result + symptoms indicate an active infection.
